Start with beautiful Salmon + a hot grill and BBQ Sauce

Place seasoned salmon skin-side down onto the grill over direct heat and cook for about 4 to 5 min.

and grill about 10 to 15 with the lid closed.

It's finished when internal temperature of the salmon reaches 125° to 130° F (140° F for well done.
