Step 1 - Cook the potatoes until tender, then let cool slightly. Step 2 - Cook the bacon in a large skillet.
Step 3 - Add the chopped red onion to the skillet.
Step 4 - Make the dressing and add the bacon.
Add the green onions and serve it warm, right out of the pan!
