Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Oat Milk or other milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients until smooth.
  • Seal in a container and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy cold or warm topped with chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin pie spice.
